Terms and Conditions
In these terms of sale, “we” means “Canchema” (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).
We ship products via Priority Registered Mail and via DHL Express.
We ship the products on the day the order is made, if the postal services are still operating, otherwise we ship the following day.

Your countries Customs or Post Service might delay the goods, there is nothing we can do about it.
If you are not inside the European Union, you might have to pay duty for the product you receive, this is regulated by your country’s laws.
If the client does not receive his/hers order by our estimated time, we ask to wait 7 more working days and then we give a full refund or ship a new package via DHL Express, the customer can choose which option they prefer.

Warranty applies to goods, purchased from us for 1 year from the purchase date. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, any other defects or mistakes made on our part. Upon the customer declaring an issue, we will either issue a full refund or replace the product, choice is made by the customer.
We offer 60-day refund policy, which means the client can ask for a refund during this period. Product has to be returned to us and we will issue refund within 24 hours once the product has been received by us.
The BUYER understands and agrees that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The BUYER further agrees that no responsibility or liability will be incurred to any person or entity with respect to any loss, damage, or injury caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the products or information contained herein.
